Beach is always a good call as far as fun-- but Sundays are nuts (crowds, horrible parking) and tomorrow is a holiday, so bad also. Maybe we can do a delayed beach-day later this week...
I've done that hike! Maybe even with you, back when Karena lived down there. We never actually crossed the street to the beach, but we got to within a stone's throw of the beach. Also, Sunday issue.
You know, as much of chore it was to do that whole walk with you I remember being happy to have done it even when it happened. Getting to see that beach was terrific since it felt so secluded and "ours for the enjoyment" and it really was worth the effort. Going back didn't seem so hard either and getting to the top provided a real sense of accomplishment. Thanks for reminding me about it! :)
