So does anyone have any polite suggestions for stuff to do on Superbowl Sunday? I'm not a big football fan, so usually me and my nerdy friends head out to some venue that is normally packed. In the past it had been Disneyland: you could literally -walk- onto rides, even the newer ones. These days, others have figured that one out and D'land is busier than normal on SBS.

The beach? In previous years we'd take the dogs there, but Frieda'd not enjoy it as much these days and few of us are sun-worshipers.

Anyone? Anyone? Class?

Hmmm ... Let me know if anything comes up. I'm not much of a football fan either.

Santa Monica Pier / 3rd Street Promenade area? Downtown Pasadena? I haven't ventured much outside the Studio City and Burbank area since I've been back, so I don't know what areas are "cool" and interesting these days ...

...and if it doesn't rain...

All posibilities, though I'm not big on shopping/malling. If I'm inspired, I'll call!

Oddly, I'm not that big on shopping/malling anymore. I just haven't been to Santa Monica since I've been back. :D

And, as I said, I can't think of anything otherwise either ...
