Dog vacations

furtech...though one might ask, "What day -isn't- a dog vacation?!!"
I noticed a thread on a Yahoo! group were someone asked where the best places to vacation with their dogs was. One person mentioned a place in North Carolina, so I post this link for![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)

Four Paws Kingdom is a dog friendly/oriented campground in Rutherfordton, NC that also has WiFi/internethotspots (for Brian). Dunno much about it, though their website is pretty thorough (lots of pics and info). Might be a nice, close, cheap vacation spot for you guys.
For me (and Rondo) my favorite places are anywhere with lots of pine trees and water. For the most part, that means Seattle, though Big Bear (if it doesn't burn down) and June Lake (near Mammoth) are high on the list. June Lake also has a motel that is dog-friendly and has its own kitchenette/fridge!
