furtechAloha to all the people going to SDCC! I hate not going, but all the signs pointed to this being the right thing to do. I'm hoping for some great trip reports from you guys when you get back!

Ironically, I've heard from various sources that once the hotel block was lifted, tons of rooms suddenly became available. There -must- be a better way to do this! I'll bet if I tried to get a room today, I could find something well-below the "con rate"! Nertz.
