I'm actually not a big heat-eater. I -used- to be, back in the day-- but these days it's American-medium, at the most. I'll pass the recommendation on to friends of mine who -do- like the Indian-3 level of fire.
Current vogue for proportionate heads are resin/epoxy shells. There are a number of people who sell the blanks, so you can modify one of those and not have to deal with molds and resin.
