Mutant Poodles

For those of you who love good *bad* horror movies, I actually found a copy of Boneyard on DVD at Suncoast! Low-budget indie film, it's the good kind of bad. Lots of walking dead, mutants and even a mutant poodle. And Phyllis Dillar! I love this film!

Yep, Boneyard is one of my guilty pleasures. Didn't know it was out on DVD, though.

You must also like the Hulk movie with the Hulk Poodle too!

You hardly even see the Hulk-poodle! I think in Boneyard the filmmakers spent so much of their budget on the costume they felt the need to use the heck out of it. Besides, a big, rubbery monsters is better than wimpy CG!

Uhhh? Did I hear right? A Hulk film had a hulk-ized poodle in it??

Sorry to be ignorant, I'm not much of a movie goer, so....... enlighten me oh Great One ;)

Cool clip of the one in Boneyard...... someday I will have to see this. *snicker*

The hulk vs. mutant dogs fight is at night and so short that you hardly see the dogs at all. Fast forward the dvd to the hour mark and watch the fight and the special features disk (which has some of the models/designs of the dogs). Otherwise, skip the rest of the movie (needed more "HULK SMASH!" and less "Why is Hulk Hulk?")

Woo-hoo! Another Boneyard fan! I'd had it on VHS for years (God bless video stores and their going-out-of-business sales), and snapped it up immediately when it came to DVD. It's one of my all-time favorite little-known horror movies.

My grandmother had a poodle that looked exactly like that picture. Seriously. :)

That picture.... is that the mutant poodle or Phyllis Diller? I can't quite tell.

Phyllis Dillar? Odd. Mutant poodles good though ;)

Heh, that sounds like a lot of fun. I'll have to check it out. I'm pleased to see that NetFlix has it.
