Happy Boys Children's Day!

furtechWell, at least for another half-hour, PST. I remember my parents flying the giant carp banners when I was young. Back in the days when 4/4 was Girls Day and 5/5 was Boys Day. I wonder what happened to those banners?
Still working through the tidal wave of work (day job), work politics resulting from the complete revamp of the business, as well as a really neat commish and the usual day-to-day tasks and dog-responsibilities. One of the results of this is that I'm finally posting my pics from the -last- Border Collie Rescue Funday this evening-- which is three days away from the -next- BCR Funday. Whug. I could use a break, but one isn't likely until sometime this fall.
I haven't organized a number of photos yet...in the meantime, have a happy Apache!
I'll do a combined Funday post, as well as a chronicle of my hillside planting project, in the next few days (mostly for my own record).
Oh, and we had cool people at work last weekend! Pics of that soon, too! (Obscure hint: it was a Day job!)
