And it IS the humidity. Up in the panhandle, it didn't nessisarily get crazy hot, but the moisture would instantly wilt freshly pressed uniforms and keep ink from drying (several of the graphics guys kept lit cigarettes at their desks as much as heat sources as to service their habit) Mazatlan has the double whammy of very high temps and humidity in summer, that's why I neglect my dear Mother so.
