Are you a Furry?

.
OKCupid* had a "Are you a furry?" quiz-creating contest. Two things I learned from this: first, I'm not much of a furry, apparently. Second, OKCupid quiz-makers are kind of stoopid dim. The best test was an "Identify the Animal" quiz, where the creator mis-spelled animal names. Badly.

OK Cupid Furry Quizes

Some costumers and artists may want to check them out to see who got art-theft'd. The tests are pretty awful.

I'm sort of surprised they even -noticed- furries. It's not a big keyword on any profiles.

*OKCupid is an online match/dating site. Source of many online quizes (like these)...slightly better than Eharmony or Match.com (but that's not saying much, is it?)

So.. I wrote up this big comment in reply, and then I read your post again. Did you change it while I was writing or did my brain do some selective editing again? :)

Probably me...I usually take two or three tries on a post (that darn autoformat thing). I may well have added something-- but I'd still be interested in your post (especially to figure out what I could possibly have added to negate it). I should probably use the "EDIT:" notation, but I am lazy.

Well, you pretty much pointed out that the quizzes are user-created and therefore subject to whatever quality that they are capable of -- usually pretty bad. :)

On a separate note, I'd love to see more of a furry infiltration into the normal arenas like OkCupid, LavaLive, Matchmaker and the sort. Then again, I have a secret passion with the idea of furry becoming mainstream, or at least "fashionable" for a few years (or more).
