Old Name: "Government Abused Chicken"

New Name: Mapo Tofu
Old Name: "Bean Curd Made By a Pock-Marked Woman"

New Name: Steamed Pullet
Old (appetite-killing) Name: "Chicken Without Sexual Life"

And whenever I think my life is a slow, sad trainwreck, I read something like this:
