Season Greetings!
Dec. 25th, 2006 12:53 pmMerry Christmas! And a happy Chanuka, successful Yalda, bountiful Ju Dong, an enlightened Bodhi Day, festive Infidel Bash, spiritual Yule, a profound Kwanzaa or a plain ol' "Good Morning" to the rest of you!
A lot of noteworthy stuff has happened in the last month...but events have transpired to prevent me from actually making a post about them. There was the BCA Christmas event-- border collies and presents and food everywhere, including the fantastic Mr. Taiko and JC! And there was other stuff. But today is Christmas, my fourth favorite holiday, so this will be mostly Christmas themed.
...but nothing really happened...hmmm...apparently Heat Miser's song is the cool new tune for hip bands to cover: I've heard two neat versions already (thank you, XM!). The best cover was by Big Bad Voodoo Daddy : must find that album! Lots of fun!
Rondo is happy: we had a visitor (the Garbster) who stopped by on his way to Tucson with Lulubelle in tow. The weather's turned more L.A.-like: 70's during the day, 50's at night. Today I'll be in my own workshop puttering away. All's good.
