For a moment, I thought the photos were of a new shock rock band, like a new adaptation of Gwar. :) I must say, this is truly bizarre! Then, I've read some Japanese mythology in the past where the hero was an animated rice pot. It looks to be a fun, if bizarre creative romp.
I particularly like the one eyed... cactus.... thing.. in the back. :)
