Aw, man... I miss donuts so much. It's one of the things I miss most (being allergic to wheat (and thus regular flour))- maybe the thing I miss THE most that I haven't been able to find a good substitute for (well, donuts and baclavas, actually). (Though my waistline doesn't miss them! :D).... For awhile, a store here carried a gluten-free glazed donut I could eat but it appears to have stopped being produced. I remember apple fritters were very good. Heh- let me know when Donut Prince starts a gluten/wheat-free line and I'll come right on over! :9
