Bon Voyage!

Aloha to all the people going to SDCC! I hate not going, but all the signs pointed to this being the right thing to do. I'm hoping for some great trip reports from you guys when you get back!

For those friends participating in the Masquerade, break a leg! Much dog-karma and good-feelings especially to my AGSMA pals! Make us proud!!

Ironically, I've heard from various sources that once the hotel block was lifted, tons of rooms suddenly became available. There -must- be a better way to do this! I'll bet if I tried to get a room today, I could find something well-below the "con rate"! Nertz.

We should have video footage, but if not, we can get the DVD from them after and digitize that. (Did you ever get your DVD from 2008)

I assume you haven't cashed in on your CDG prize, correct? I'll be sure to say hi to Martin.

P.S. Someone beat us to Kung Fu Panda costumes

What prize are you referring to? The tour?

Yeah-- tell him I'm *really* sorry I couldn't make it this year! Even when I don't compete (or ninja), I try to help backstage out of respect for his amazing work. He's got your back!

I'll see the skit one way or t'nother-- would rather be there, tho'.

Yeah the tour. Well I think you're supposed to get a magazine sub too?

Oh you mean den mom type work?

I am a *superb* den mom! I carry water and straws for the participants, particularly those in line and especially those wearing big, stuffy costumes!
